Reusable and convenient pack for Dual purpose therapy

Applications:

  1. Cold pack is generally recommended for first 48 hours following injury. Relieves inflammation, swelling and pain
  2. Hot pack is generally recommended 48 hours after injury. Improves flexibility of tendons, ligaments, reduce muscle spasm and alleviate pain.
  3. Can be used at multiple sites (Knee, thigh, hip, back, shoulder, neck etc.)
  4. Economical and easy method
  5. Suitable for continuous treatment, if needed

Instructions for use:

For cold use: Place pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins. Remove pack if feels uncomfortable

For hot use: Place pack in the microwave for 20 seconds at 600W. Increase heating time in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature if needed. Times should be reduced for microwaves with higher power ratings. If pack expands like balloon, stop heating, let it cool and then use. Remove pack carefully from microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly for desired temperature. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins. Remove pack if feels uncomfortable.
